I am asking with all the new wordings in the Pac. Can Dissent be used to counter Power Cosmic?? I am saying no but I wouldn't mind some more feedback.

When the character uses Outwit, it may choose to counter a team ability possessed by a single target opposing character as if that team ability were a power, instead of countering a power.

From the July 11th Marvel HC Errata

Power Cosmic Team Ability
• This team ability cannot be countered.

I fail to see why this is even an issue

It very specifically says "counter a team ability possessed by a single target opposing character as if that team ability were a power" and Quintessence on the latest PAC states "their powers and team abilities can’t be countered"
