Lets say Cap & Bucky have Trick Shot (and they are on click 4 or 5). Would you be able to Duo-Attack (Ranged) as a Trick Shot? (Hit Stealthers and Ignore non-adjacent figure bases). Why or Why not?

Sure. All Trick Shot does is allow you to ignore character bases/Steath/etc while making ranged combat attacks. If you can use Trick Shot while using Running Shot, HSS, Transporter move and attack (and you can), you can use it while using the Duo ability, too.

Still doesn't let them ignore character bases with the ranged attacks. It is indeed cheaper, but being able to ignore character bases when drawing LOF for ranged attacks is huge.

Well sure... But as a fig with Charge they really don't need it Just to see stealth. It was more just to Shoot over their Buddies on the front line.
On the other hand, Ultimates can be huge, too... especially for Charging characters. Now Cap and Bucky don't have to worry about stopping their Charge when they hit hindering terrain.
