Hey folks! At the CoG tournament our judge gave out a whole bunch of great stuff for fellowship prizes. One of them was a Dark Phoenix which I received, I just wanted to clarify something. Tell me if I am wrong, but according to the Dark Phoenix rules, she may be pushed each turn, but will continue to take pushing damage. Therefore, the only purpose the Power Cosmic TA serves is that Dark Phoenix is immune to outwit. Is this statement correct?

You're wrong (at least partially). Her innate ability is to continue pushing after having two action tokens, but she would still take pushing damage (much like the Sentinel and Sinestro contruct)... except that she normally has the Power Cosmic TA. PCTA allows her to not take pushing damage. If, for some reason, she doesn't have the PCTA (like, maybe, Disbanded is in play) or she cancels her TA, she would still take pushing.
