i just healed Dr. Oct. so that perplex is back on his dial, can i use perplex at this same go? i guess the same could b said for outwit & prob. con.

Unless he'd already used it that turn, then got hit and lost it, then you healed him and want to use it again ..or if the skill is outwitted ..i don't see why you can't use it when you get it back
