Is shooting THEN moving allowed with Running Shot? Likewise with Charge, could you, say when you are adjacent to an opposing figure, roll for breakaway, attack the opposing fig, then run away? Or is it always move first, attack second? Thanks in advance for your response. I'm debating this issue with a friend. I swear I read that these things are allowed on another thread, but can't find them.

Charge and Running Shot, move first, attack second. You might have been thinking of Hypersonic Speed, where you can attack anywhere along the line of your movement.
