Can a phasing flyer, carrying another figure, place that figure on a different side of a wall after landing?

If so, can they phasing flyer also pick up a figure that starts on the opposite side of a wall?

A flyer must pickup/drop off a passenger in an adjacent square.

So, no. A Phaing figure cannot pickup or drop off a figure on the other side of a Blocking terrain wall.
