So Superman (a character with SS), is holding an object (bookcase, continual) with +1 to attack value.

He makes a RANGED attack, but not using the object. Does he get +1 to his attack value on that ranged attack???

He does not recieve the plus one bonus because he is not using the object to attack.

Can you quote me an official ruling or FAQ or something saying that ???

on the wk site in the 3d rules it says;

3D objects function like object tokens, but provide
the bonuses listed below when attacking with the object, unless otherwise stated.

page 36 of the LSH rulebook has a picutre of the newsbot and the com dish. the com dish says "when this oblect is used in an attack" and the newsbot says "when you give this charcter an attack using this object." you must use the object in order to activate the special modifier.
