Can Starro be effected by the Meteorite? I know he ignores Exploit Weakness and powers that duplicate it, but is the Meteorite actually duplicating Exploit Weakness or is it an effect all its own?

Meteorite is not exploit weakness. Starro's rules does not explicitly state that he ignores the Meteorite, so yes. The Meteorite special object works just fine on Starro (or any other character in the game for that matter)

Good to know. We're doing a Starro scenario at my venue, and it will be fun when Icons Wonder Woman pegs him for an unavoidable minimum of six but possibly up to eight damage.


EDIT: One more question. Can Starro see over outdoor blocking terrain or Barrier tokens?

Just to add to the subject, Meteorite would still affect all other figs supposedly immune to EW. This includes other colossals and figs bearing FCs like Fortitude.
