Also you cant draw a line of fire between those two, for anything,
Including Prob, outwit etc
How could you not agree with a Sensualninja...
...especially one that's right!

I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries....now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.
If either X or Y is a flier or both are, than you can do a ranged attack. IF X is a flier and Y is grounded and there is another grounded character adjacent to them, then only X could use a ranged attack, Y couldn't.
That is the way it was but, I haven't read the new rules yet so I don't know if they changed it.

The two O figure's still block LoF if all figures are at the same elevation, which is what grounded refers to BTW, so the result is no RC Attacks between X and Y.

However, the reason is exactly the same one that prevents a RC Attack from being made, the LoF is blocked.

Thought O was just terrain didn't see it in his post that they are all figures. In that case, no matter if they are fliers or gounded, X and Y cannot ranged combat one another.
However if O was terrain (non-blocking) then they would be able to reanged combat one another if X or Y or both were fliers.
