When making a floor team, can you use DC/Indy figs?

I know 50% of your build total has to be M&M. But, for instance, could JL Batman be included?

The remaing 50% have to be tournament legal (constructed format); other than that, use whatever you like.

The events are constructed for the purposes of building your team, so retirement comes into play. The only other restriction, of course, is the 50% build total requirement.

Also, venues need to keep in mind that these events are part of a marquee event and are thus not allowed to have house rules.

Right. And since I have this massive paranoia that someone will report me for anything little thing I do against Wizkids' rules, I'm sticking to what they for the events.

See...The venue where I play, I let get away with murder, because it's the only venue in town that runs its tournaments at a reasonable time. If they stopped running tournaments, I'd have to stop playing...that's why I don't report them when they, say, up the build total at the Supernova Marquee to 400...

So it's the opposite for me: Paranoia is why I don't report them...

For your sake I hope everyone else in town has the same philosophy...

Have you talked to them about adhering to the rules more? Maybe they would listen.
