Different eras of fans.

Tiger Shark, while never a major character, means something to me and was part of some stories I liked, so he's one I'm looking forward to eventually appearing even though I'm not expecting much more than an aquatic brick with some BCF (a'la King Shark.) Dazzler, well, she's familiar -- never anything like a favorite -- so I was indifferent.

Rictor? As part of the slide to near oblivion that was the Marvel mutant line from the late '80s and through the '90s, he's someone who's been active mostly after the point where I lost interest due to regurgitated plotlines and increasingly distressing artwork. Pretty much all of my favorite Marvel mutant stories were in the '60s and from the mid-'70s through early '80s. I'm aware of who Rictor is... I simply cannot bring myself to care.
