That's true - and that E Quicksilver is great. Only problem is with so many figs on a 500 pt team already, even with leadership, more Multiple Men might get a bit bogged down.

I don't think Songbird is a fair replacement for Siryn, especially when you can use an E Banshee for a much closer substitute.

As far as M goes, I think Starfox would be the strongest replacement. (Very hard to do a SS/Flying Telepath). I think you could put them both in and drop Songbird and a Multiple Man and play this at 400 pts.

Just using the keyword search engine here, I'd probably make:

V Quicksilver (AW) - 105 pts
V Cyclops (DR) - 40 pts
V Archangel (M&M) - 95 pts
V Madrox (Sin) w/ Contingency Plan (JL) - 56
+ probably Inside Information on one of them (4 pts) to make it an even 300 pts)

the three main attackers all have 10 attack, good even before CP, two of them do 3 damage, and there's HSS, Flight, Charge and Outwit...

If you're doing Floor and like to "Highlander" your armies, I guess Strong Guy, Archangel, DR Cyclops and a Multiple Man, which is 291, and then add 9 points of feats...

Comes to 345 for Mutant Theme at 400 points (darn Iceman not having X-Factor). Leaves 55 points to toy with for a fun team (50 points of In Contact With. . . Apocalypse's Ship? 5 points of Lucky Break on Cyke).

Or, to avoid using ICWO with it, I suppose Beast can be Brilliant Tactician material. Add Lucky Break and Inside Information to Cyclops. Mental Shields on Jean. Stunning Blow on Iceman. 399 points, if I'm not mistaken.

I understand. The Avengers free move TA should help offset that somewhat.
