Thanks all (especially NormalView....I owe you a beer for every time you've helped me!).
this brings the card more into balance...the way we played, it was the greatest 5 points you could play this side of 5/8's of a Protected!
So basically, once you decide to push and give it to Endurance, you're adding a toekn to End every non-free action you take, regardless of push or not.
And again, you could choose to push THE FIRST TIME and not use Endurance and simply push normally. The 'piling of toekns onto Endurance' starts once you decide to skip pushing damage via the Feat, right?
Not quite, you don't add a token to Endurance after every action you take (only after every point of pushing damage you take), however, you have to ROLL for Endurance and risk damage from it after each and every non-free action you take once there's at least one token on the card.
And yes, Endurance doesn't kick in at all until that first token as been placed, and you're always free to accept pushing damage instead of adding a token to Endurance as well.
Does that clear it up?

No. Tokens are only added to the card when the character would take pushing damage. You roll for the damage, though, with every action it takes after the first token is placed.
Pushing Damage = Endurance Token
Action Resoultion = Damage Roll

Correct. You could also, on future pushes, decide not to use the feat to avoid adding more tokens. There is no way to avoid the damage roll (you always have to do that if there are tokens on the card) but if you use the feat sparingly, at least you wouldn't have a bunch of tokens on the card when it does go off.
That does....ok, so future pushes can avoid a token on the card but NOT the roll for damage...but taking 3 clicks vs 4 is a big difference. complicated card to get, but once you have it, it makes sense!
Now if you have time, see if you can answer my question in Another Realms...it's a fun one =)
