"Themed teams may cancel one target battlefield condition during a game
(this choice is made when battlefield conditions are revealed)."
You play Earthquake BFC and decide to use theme team canceling efffect against the BFC. Only opponent rolls for Earthquake effect and will be the only one hit when the BFC triggers? And you can do the canceling effect on each tournament round? So you can play only Krakoa, Malice, Armor Wars, Poor Teamwork, Earthquake & all kookiness BFCs every round and let the opponents wither unless they are also playing with theme teams? Please say that this is not true.
2. Special powers & requirements
Is the regeneration granted by special power valid for Automatic Regeneration feat (Apocalypse's special)? Same question with Shellhead & Green Scar's Willpower+Impervious power.
3. Malice BFC
Any errata for this BFC yet? Does it also trigger during the first turns?
1. Yes, that is true. If you play a theme team and your opponent does not, you select which battlefield condition you will ignore for the game. The effects of the battlefield condition will only be felt by your opponent (assuming he also doesn't have a theme team). Be advised that it has been errated to be "ignore" and not cancel -- for specific BFCs and how they interact with theme team ignoring, see the FAQ/E&C documents.
2. Yes, it is one battlefield condition per game (so in a tournament, you can ignore a battlefield condition per round).
3. No, a special power which grants Regeneration does not qualify Apocy for the Auto Regen feat. Special Powers never qualify the figure for the feat, though in some cases, if the feat has multiple qualifiers and a figure can legally have a feat, a Special Power may trigger the feat.
4. I'll let someone else take this one.
5. For your theme team PC question -- yes, there are no pre-requisites for the "placing an action token", other than LOF is required to the target you are going to PC. So you can place this token on any figure, even one with PC, as long as it meets the one-or-none-tokens and LOF requirements.
u can play a diffrent bfc every round if you want and ignore one per round with a theme team...so if your opponenet has no theme team he would deal with it....special powers do not meet pre-req's for feat cards so no auto-regen on apoc.....don't know about malice bfc, but we have a house rule for first turn immunity from it.....and yes for number 4 as long as they are not the one taking an action..

First off, theme teams do not cancel BFC (like Ordinary Day); instead they ignore them. General E&C document:
Replace the bullet on page 6 with: “Themed teams may ignore one target battlefield condition during a game (this choice is made when battlefield conditions are revealed).”
You may choose to ignore a BFC every game: in a three round tournament, you could ignore up to 3 BFCs if you chose to use your ignore every game. Or you could choose to not use it (that's fine, too) if you happen to like the BFC(s) that are played.
The specific mechanics can get a little complicated on some of the BFCs (see the FAQ for some of the more complicated interactions), but yeah, most of the time it can be simplified as 'I ignore X, so I don't have to worry about the effects of X and you do'.

A character must posses a power in order to meet the prerequistes of feats. So far, no SP actually gives the character a power; it just allows the character to use the power.
So, no, ol' Pocket-Lips (as I like to call him ) can't be given Automatic Regeneration at all and Green Scar can't use Shellhead when his SP is showing (nothing stops him from using it on his Invulernability clicks, though).

Why would there be? There was some clarification that First Turn immunity will prevent damage from Malice, but there is no reason to expect any errata.
Can the theme team PC used with figure that is already having PC in the dial?
Yes. From the LoSH rule book (page 6):
For each three characters on a themed team, a themed team may use
Probability Control once during the game; place an action token on the
character using Probability Control. The token may not be placed on a
character currently taking an action, or a character that already has two
action tokens.
As long as the character meets those requirements, it is free to use PC.
