If I roll a successful Super-senses roll...Is my Takedown feat triggered?

Yes. Takedown triggers when an attack is unsuccessful, and a successful Super Senses roll makes the attack fail.
Streak of Luck, on the other hand, only triggers when the attack roll fails - Super Senses has nothing to do with that.

I've found that the best figures to use Takedown with are either a) figures w/ Incap & high defense, b) figures w/ Incap & Super Senses or c) figures with Incap & Prob. Control.

V Psylocke is my baby for Takedown... as long as she can't be seen.
