Probability Control and Perplex question--PLEASE READ!
My friend and I are in an arguement about those two powers.
He says you could only use PC and PX once a round of turns. Meaning if I use it once on my turn I can't use it on his turn because he claims you could only use it once a round of turns.
He says if I use the PC/PX on my turn I have to wait till his turn after his next turn to use it and Im like thats BS.
I say thats false. I know for a fact that you could use PC/PX once on your own turn and another time on your opponents turn because I saw it once on a rule sheet. And I also know that if three/four people are playing you could only use it once on your turn and once on any of your two/three opponents turns.
So im basically asking the question---Could you use perplex/prob control once on your turn and once on your opponents turn?
I would appreciate it very much if you could answer this. And if you could please tell me the page number or a link that proves that you could can/cannot do it.
In simple english---show me evidense if its possible.
you can only use perplex on your turn and it only last's for your turn, But you can use PC on both your turn and your Opponet's turn and you can do it more then once if you have more than one figure that has it if you want to.
Into thine hands, Bring together all three. Their treasures combined tame the Beast of the sea.

Probability Control is once on your turn and once on an opponent's turn. No matter how many opponents you have, it's still once when it's not your turn.
Perplex is only on your turn and everything returns back to normal when your turn ends, so no Perplexing up your defense to make it harder for your opponent to hit you.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
In this case you are both right and wrong. The two powers cannot be used the same number of times. In the case of Perplex your friend is almost right, but being too generous. You can use Perplex ONLY on you're turn. You cannot use it on any opponents turn, even if you didn't use it on your turn. Probablity control is different. You can use it once on your turn and once on an opponents turn. So if you don't use it on you're turn you can't use it twice on your oppenents turn. Also you should take note that if it is a multiplayer game you can use it once on you turn and once on an opponents turn, not once on each opponents turn. So say you are in a 3 player game, and you are player 1. On your turn you use probablity control. Then on you can use it again on either player 2's or player 3's turn (you do not have to decide which ahead of time), but not on both player's turn. As for where to find this out, first check the powers card and the game FAQ, if memory serves they are fairly will explained between the two.
