I think that with FF Prof X you're better off skipping the mastermind fodder and getting him onto his 2nd click asap.

With that combo you stand a decent chance of keeping most of, if not all, an opposing army locked down for good.
Of course an open map and Bright Lights will be handy for helping chuck to accomplish this.
Once he gets keywords and can be part of theme this will become easier.
