Mind Control Question

A question about Mind Control:

You obviously have to have a clear line of sight to use Mind Control, but does Hindering Terrain affect it at all? (other than the usual +1 to the target defensive value)

Other than the usual +1 to the target's Defense value, Hindering terrain will not affect a Mind Control attack at all (pending the target doesn't also have Stealth).

Like all great heroes..... I never really left.
