Between Sinister's Regen and Shape Change and my Skrulls and Shape Change, this could be the longest match ever.

Super-Skrull will try to attack Sinister w/ the LO. Shape Change roll is a 3. It's a 10 vs a 15. Roll is a 11(5,6) for the hit. Sinister takes 5, 4 after Toughness.

On that note, I'm just going to finally concede. The combinations of rolls needed for me to win are astronomical. Although it would have been nive to make an attack roll on Super Skrull.
Yeah I foresee a lot of rolling and not a lot of damage on either end. My Skrull/Shape Change rolls were horrible for the majority of the game but picked up just enough at the end to protect Super-Skrull when it mattered. I really thought you had me about 2/3s of the way through. My generics weren't doing enough damage and were just getting mowed down. I was trying to be patient both with Super-Skrull and the Skrull/SC rolls hoping that eventually they'd turn around but I thought I'd waited too long to use tokens and wouldn't be able to take out enough people before Super-Skrull got swarmed. Your team did a lot better than I thought it would. There were a lot of figures on there that you don't normally see but they contributed fairly well, Arclight and Vertigo in particular. This match definitely illustrates the need for a new Mr. Sinister though.
What..1 click of 9 AV and a high of 2 damage isn't good enough?
Yeah, Mr. Sinister is horrible for the points. And the special team ability is mostly irrelevant. There are only a few powers worth giving to normals. I actually did a lot better than I thought I would. I think my MVP was the Security Guard.
Good match here are the two changes I will be going with unless you guys have any further comments.

Mark DNA: When Mr. Sinister or the Goblin Queen makes a successful attack, you may assign or reassign any SM to the figure that was hit.
Mutate DNA: Mr. Sinister may take a POWER Action to assign or reassign any SM to a generic figure (eg. A Thug) adjacent to him. That figure replaces his dial with the visible dial of the other figure assigned the SM.(place the SM back on this card if the figure assigned it is KOed)
That should seriously strengthen up the DNA mutated generics. By letting them replace their entire dial: stats and all. That will basically give the Sinister team a very nasty clone that doesnt fade with damage.
Fortunately the power and stats should fade as the powers and stats on the SM target at the other end takes damage.
Allowing them to remark a new target may be too powerful, but I think it can work. Notice also that Mr. Sinister doesn’t actually need to do damage to mark the target, just hitting the target is sufficient.
This becomes immensely more powerful which is one reason that I switched to requiring a Power Action instead of a Free action to create his mutant monstrosities.

Of course now that I improved Mr. Sinisters team, I can expect the next Marvel set to have a very powerful remake version of Mr. Sinister.

I think you might want to also see about assigning Auto Regen to Mr. Sinister for free or at a reduced price. He's just sooooo underpowered as a figure that he needs all the help he can get.
