The other night my friends and I were playing and I was useing mandarin who was on a building and I anted to target my opponent who was on the ground he said I was out of range because range is -1 when shooting down from a building or up to a elevated charicter. I was looking through the book and I can't find it anywhere. So was he right or wrong?
Where does it state that regarding telekinesis? All I remember is that you can not lift objects next to you if you are on different elevations, since the object is not "adjacent".
Add 1 square to the range cost for targets on elevated terrain. For example, if a target is 8 squares away from the attacker and is on the roof of a building, count 9 squares for determining range. Count range from the object, not the character.
