The other night my friends and I were playing and I was useing mandarin who was on a building and I anted to target my opponent who was on the ground he said I was out of range because range is -1 when shooting down from a building or up to a elevated charicter. I was looking through the book and I can't find it anywhere. So was he right or wrong?

There is no -1 to range when attacking to/from elevated terrain.

thanx I just found it, it was only regarding telekenisis. all those times was because someone didn't bother to remember what it readed.

Where does it state that regarding telekinesis? All I remember is that you can not lift objects next to you if you are on different elevations, since the object is not "adjacent".

Per the rulebook, under Attacking with an object:

Does this +1 range count as well when throwing an object with super strength at someone on elevated terrain?

The +1 ONLY applies when using an object in a Telekinesis attack from a grounded TKer to an Elevated target.
