You realize that is a matter of public record...you could share that with the public...the public being every where could mean here...you could put the name and case number for reference (of course you'd ethically be obligated to include your own name if you named the other party). I would, of course, still honor the mods' directive not to post an address, but there is no reason you couldn't share in in a non-public method.

If you have a pdf version of the complaint you can pass it around or you could summarize it. If not scan your paper copy and do the same...

Yes I was and the only info I had was his first name, his Venue, the address I shipped to, and his user name on the Realms. I do not have anything that can not be found inside this thread, and Lojo is a jerk. I have more choice words to describe him, but that one fills in nicely.

yea we all have more words for this ******. if we could just get ahold of this guys info all would better.

Actually, I completely approve of Lojo being called a jerk..it's the thinly (and not so thinly) conspiring of violence against the jerk that has me concerned that efforts and energy could be better spent to resolve the situation.

I never had a dealing with the jerk in any of his/her/its identities, but I feel that there is a significant damage that has been done to trader confidence because of this jerk.

I don't want violence. Just to put that out there. If it happened at somebody else's hand I honestly wouldn't feel bad. You play with fire.... etc. But I would have NO problem walking my 6'5" 230lbs. into that guy's venue and confronting him face to face so he can see that there are REAL people who are being affected by his stealing and demanding my Warskrull and Mastermind back. And then calling the cops then and there on him.

i would love to meet this guy face to face. and as for name calling i would probally use a bunch of it when speaking to this guy but i had used name calling when he had ripped me off and all that did was have him ignore everyone of my pm's.
