If i destroy an object that someone is on who is stealthed, would i be able to to see the person after the object is destroyed?

nope. the destroyed object turns into debris which is hindering.

You would have to use something that removes the object from the game (without destroying it).

Phantom Girl and Arcade have Special Powers that would work. Nanobots works too.

Another option is to have a flyer or transporter with Super Strength pick up the object. HSS + SS would work too.
