Can the same figure be mind controlled in the same round by 2 different attacker? Example:Can I mind Control Captian america in the same round by using Prof. X and White Queen?
Yes, so long as he still only has one token when he is mind controlled the second time. So when the first Mind control happens he needs to be clear of all tokens.
I don't know the actual ruling, but I would have to guess that you can as long as the fig you are MCing has no actions at the beginning of your turn, cause if it had 1 then you couldn't do the second MC.
Hmmm....been looking at this one for some time now, and it's time for me to do a little rules lawyering of my own....
According to the rules,
"The target figure receives an action token, if applicable."
Soooooo...if suppose you were able to MC Black Panther in close combat, you could order him to Outwit one of his teammates, and he would not receive a action token for it. If you didn't move him or attack with him, he would be free to be MC'ed again. If you moved him this time, he gets a token, but that's only one, so theoretically he could be MCed a third time. In fact, if you were playing a large game (say 800-900 points), he could be MC'd as many times as you wanted as long as he only had one token and you only used his Outwit. Same thing applies to Perplex/PC figures as well.
In fact, it's a shame that the FAQ made it so you cannot attempt MC versus a pushed figure, because you could still use Outwit/Perplex/PC or team abilities that don't require tokens. Of course I can't think of any team abilities that don't require tokens that aren't in the middle of another action (Hydra, SinSynd) but you get the idea.
Whenever someone asks me what I think the most dangerous animal is, i tell them it has to be a shark riding on an elephant, just eating and trampling everything in sight.
You can only use BP's Outwit once can't you? Because it's already been "used up" for this turn. But that still leaves the possibility of 3 MC's in one turn (1 power, 1 move, 1 attack).....
