I have Riddler and Harley on my team, perplexing my Flash Unique's damage value to 3, I would like to HSS up to a wall smash it down. Can i do that? What of the movement OUT of the "new" hindering terrain marker I will place underneath Flash? Does he have to stop there after destroying the wall or will he be allowed to HSS out of the terrain, halving whatever movement he has left? Or do I have to be taxiied up to a wall and deal 3 damage via the punching bag version of HSS? I don't want to do this, as I'll be left at the opening, rare for a sniping. I wanted to HSS up to a wall, smash it, HSS away. Let me know! Thanks!

well, that s the heart of my question. HSS S T O P S in any hindering terrain, even the diagonal of two hindering terrains, so destroying a wall would place a hindering terrain marker BENEATH him, therefore stopping him in place? i hope a judge can rule on this, thanks!

You would not be able to continue through. If you were on the diagonal when you broke it, you could move to the first square on the other side of the new opening but that would be it.
I've actually never heard that aspect of HSS and hindering's interaction come up. Very good question, and I am honestly not quite sure. He most certainly is able to smash the wall as part of his hit-and-run, but I don't know what happens then.
Technically, he did not enter a square of hindering, and so by the letter of the law does not have to end his movement. And technically he is also not beginning his movement in that hindering, so by the letter of the FAQ he wouldn't even be required to halve his remaining movement. However, he still is moving through hindering, which is the rulebook's original wording for the terrain's effect on movement. For that reason, I would hope that the hindering does effect his movement somehow, but am not sure quite how it would do so. I've posed the question to the Judges forum for debate, as it really is a bit quirky. I'm intrigued.

I've never liked the wording of this one.
Because I think everyone plays "If you begin you action in Hindering terrain then your Speed value is halved (rouded up)."
Because if everytime you moved through Hindering terrain, would your movement be constantly halved? It is quirky and is awaiting something from the Judges forum as HeroComplex has stated.
