perplex and Sentinal/Sinestro

Perplex isn't listed as one of the powers that don't work with the oversized figs, neither is the sheild team ability. So my question is can I increase their damage through one of these means?

well you cant perplex when Sinestro has RCE... but if im not mistaken a capture attempt is not using RCE... so you can perplex.. i do
