I have a few questions that came up in our last tournament.

Can a figure perplex another figures damage value up if they are using RCE? (fig A has perplex. fig B has RCE. fig A perplex fig B up to 3 damage to make total damage 5)

Do you have to make a roll on pulse wave. The instructions are not clear?

Do you make an attack roll on TK?

If you use Stealth and Outwit, can you hide in hindering terrain and use Outwit on a figure 10 squares away, or is the line blocked by the square you are in?

You can perplex a figures damage up, but they are not allowed to use RCE or CCE if you do that. This also applies if you perplex any stat on the figure with RCE or CCE. The only thing you can really do that is remotely "together" is to perplex down the targets defense.

Pulse wave requires a roll just like any other ranged attack.

TK only requires a roll if you are making an attack with it, an attack being tking an object at someone or TKing an opponent. To just move an object or a friendly fig there is no roll.

The square your in has no impact on your own LOS.
