Does anyone here know if Vertigo's old Shade the Changing Man comic actually ended, story-wise, with issue #70, or was it just cancelled and the story never finished?

Help would be appreciated, as I don't want to look it up and risk reading spoilers about the ending.

There is a definitive ending. Without spoiling too much, it is a rather fitting end, but does have the feeling of "Hey Peter, we're done. You've got three issues to wrap it up", if you know what I mean.

Three Milligan books this week btw, can't wait to get to them.

The Programme (which is a must read) is written by Milligan and he was a guest writer on this week's Detective Comics.
