I saw this today at the comic shop and was wondering if anyone has read it? If so, would you recommend it? It was written in 1998 by Steve Darnell and painted by Alex Ross. It's a trade for $10.00. Thoughts?

It is definitely a Vertigo series, less concerned with a traditional superhero action pace then expressionistic storytelling. All the same, it is pretty great read, targeting America at its ugliest.
