If you have a figure w/ endurance on it and are also playing The Chief w/ Manipulate, how exactly would the timing of the feat cards be w/ tokens and pushing damage? Would you first be able to try and avoid the second token w/ the chief and then be able to use endurance on it?
Endurance
Prerequisite: and
Choose a character.
When the character would be dealt pushing damage, you can instead choose to deal no damage to the character and put an endurance token on this card. If there are endurance tokens on this card when the character is given an action, after the action resolves, roll a d6. On a result of 1 or 2, deal the character unavoidable damage equal to the result plus the number of tokens on this card, then remove all tokens from this card.
MANIPULATE: The Chief can use Leadership. If Leadership would allow you to add an action to your action total for the turn, you can instead put a Manipulate token on the Chief's character card if there are two or fewer Manipulate tokens on the card. When another friendly character would take pushing damage, you can remove a Manipulate token from the Chief's character card and roll a d6; on a result of 3-6, the character ignores pushing damage.

Just a wild guess here since the usual rules guru types have gone to bed...
Since you control both effects and both are activated by the same event (the imminent pushing damage), you should be able to choose which one to activate first. So yes, you should be able to try to Manipulate first and, if that fails, use Endurance second.
With the wording as it is, I'd almost wonder if Endurance must come first.
Endurance happens when pushing would be dealt. Manipulate happens when it would be taken.
Now, there never really been much bother to worry about a distinction here for pushing damage, but we know from regular damage that damage being dealt occurs prior to damage being taken.
As such, I'd be inclined to say that you don't have a choice.

I agree. Much like the "timings" in M:TG you would have to ask yourself after each 'phase', "Is there something I can do here"
Sounds like there needs to be a little more clarification about "steps" or "phases" that occur during an action...

Whit this power I want to know if the chief need line of fire to the character or if the character have to be into the chief range? or is simple like this " Is not important where the character is on the board this power will take care"

If the power does not state that line of fire or range is needed, then line of fire or range is not needed. Chief can protect any teammate anywhere on the board.
