1. When using Anti-monitor can you modify his damage for the quake attack?
2. When you use opportunist to "help" a missed dice roll and you get probabilitied by an opposing character....When you reroll do you still keep the extra token bonus? Or do they go back on the card?

1. Unless A-M has a rule like Spectre where it cannot be positively perplexed, I don't see why not
2. This is an issue of timing.
When the character or an adjacent character makes an attack, after making the roll you can remove any number of opportunist tokens from this card and modify the result of the attack roll by +1 for each token removed.
I would rule the phrase 'after making the roll' means after the roll is done. So any number of PC's then opportunist

ALL THE POWER AT MY COMMAND SHALL BE USED TO DESTROY YOU!: The Anti-Monitor can use Psychic Blast and Quake; when he uses Quake, do not replace his damage value.
i dont see why not, it doesnt say unmodified.

heres prob;
PROBABILITY CONTROL
(optional): Once during your turn, this character allows you to reroll one die or dice roll. Use the rerolled result instead of the original result. This character must be within 10 squares of the character performing the action and have a clear line of fire to that character. Also, you may at any time during one opponent's turn use this character to force him or her to reroll one die or dice roll. Use the rerolled result instead of the original result. This character must be within 10 squares of the character performing the action and have a clear line of fire to that character. In multiplayer games, you may use this character's Probability Control only once when it is not your turn.
i dont think you keep the bonus because of the bold text. opportunist would be considered a modifier. the attack misses, then remove tokens to modify the attack ROLL (not the attack value) by number of tokens removed. then your opponent makes you reroll it and you use the new result, not the original modified result. similarly, if you roll a criticial hit and get probbed, you dont keep the +1 damage modifier right?
nbperp has ruled that the timing is: attack roll is made, opponent decides to PC or not, then tokens from opportunist are applied. So if you are forcing a reroll when your opponent has 5 tokens, think hard.
It's okay man. It's not your fault. No, really it's not your fault man.

I love it when I say how I would rule on the interpretation of a new and vague situation and get it right!
I remember arguing that, based on strict rules interpretation, on did not mean adjacent
I had several people jump down my throat on it and...lo and behold!
