OK, first off, I think that photographic reflexes in the real world is complete BS, although I dont read too much about "fake abilities", so I may be wrong. Second of all, you could say that superstrength isnt a super power as many humans can do extraordinary things with their strength. It was never stated that mutant powers always develop at puberty. That's it for now. Oh yeah, my vote goes for yes, Taskmaster is a mutant
