So, could Gambit use Leap Climb AND Running Shot?

I wasn't sure about where it says "when you give this character a move action"(Leap Climb).

Running Shot is a power action that lets you move your figure. This is not the same as a move action. Gambit cannot benefit from Leap/Climb while performing a Running Shot.
