PARTICULARLY RESISTANT: Will Magnus and Platinum can use Defend and Toughness. Their defense can't be modified to a lower value

Okay so how would this work with shell head? Could they then share their say 20 defense?

Defend only works on an unmodified Defense value.

Shellhead is a modifier.

So no, he couldn't share the Shellhead-provided +2.

(However, if he were to share his defense value with Defend, and if the receiving figure had a power like ES/D, that figure could use the replacement value and then add the ES/D bonus to it. Just remember... "replace, then modify".)

Oh, and remember, RIGHT NOW, feats cannot be used with Special Powers. So Will Magnus & Platinum could have Shellhead for the first three clicks, with their Toughness, but couldn't use it on the last three clicks.

And then, when the FF Starter comes out, and you can use Special Powers to qualify for feats, Shellhead will be retired!

But in unrestricted games, you could use it for all six clicks.

-my favorite tactic. get some1 with 18 like liberty belle, Omac, or deathstroke. and share with some1 like vigilante, dawnstar, or Justice. 20 defense helps.
