what can we play ? Would like to play this weekend but what is useable? am I going to play against Marvel and Indy scum or just DC Might?

I thought that the percentage rule was not in affect yet

It is for the Crisis tournaments because it's part of the tournament description. Too bad because I was going to play a 600 pt Amazo/Magog teamup last week!
