Well here he is SPIDERMAN. In all his glory. There are some things that you see normally on Spiderman (Leap/Climb, Incapacitate, Super Strength, Super Senses and outwit). Then we go to the stuff I think spidey needs like CHARGE, Flurry, Willpower, and Perplex. This is the Spiderman that needs to be made. With his 18 defense, 11 attack, and 11 move this is Spiderman.

I'm a big Spidey fan meself, and would love to have a satisfying representation of him for a general-purpose Clix-use in one fig...
In my views, tempering my fandom with fig design and points-affordability, I'd probably drop the entire Attack line of stat by one point. (He's a good fighter, but he's no Master of Kung Fu or anything.)
I like Charge for 'im, on a few clicks, to simulate the ol' swingin' in and clickin' somebody.
Perplex on the first one or two is good, I agree. Outwit for one or two later on is good, towards the end of the dial...but I dunno if it fits to have Outwit and Flurry at the same time, when he's at the end of his rope and just lettin' go on the baddies.
I'd actually like to see another click of Super Strength in there, towards the end.
Defense-wise, I could live (and hopefully so would Spidey) with not so much of a defense spike at the end, if any. I'm also not too attached to the damage increase at the end - almost seems like overkill, especially with the Flurry at the same time.
I'm not sure about the 6 range for the webshooters. No critique. I'm just not sure.
However, even with my diffs of opinion, I like yer stuff. Good on ya. More responses? (Insert 'woo!' here.)

In th'other spot, somebody asked 'Do we really need another Spidey?' (KC Avatar there), which a Fantastic Four fan replied 'Yes! One that doesn't need feat cards to be good!' (Sorry for the paraphrasing.)
Myself, I don't really *need* another one...I haven't used my E Critical Mass Spidey to death yet, and haven't gotten a Mutant Mayhem one at this time.
However, this is another example of a fan-favorite character which is continually attempted, in the striving towards an 'ideal' version. WK seems to be continually trying things to see if they work. (Which is like what Ray Bradbury [I think] said about life one time, but I digress.) I like this 'trying', even though some carp may happen along the way.
Spidey's done a lot, and been a lot. Hard to pin him down in one mold, even one as potentially changeable as a clix dial. This said, I do quite like the core of Manchine's layout.
(For another post somewhere, I think that there's great satisfaction about Superman's new Icons incarnation, overall. Greater ratio of satisfaction than the Hypertime one, anyway. Huzzah!)
Need? No. Would celebrate the appearance of? Absolutely.
Movement - Spider Speed Once Per turn IF Spiderman has not made a range, move, or close combat action he may be given a power action to move any where within his move or fewer spaces away that he has line of fire to and make a close combat action.
Attack - Spider Abilities: Spiderman can use both Super Strength and Incapaciate.
Defense - Spider Sense: Spiderman can use Defend and if Spiderman is hit by an attack roll a D6 and on a 4, 5, or a 6 Spiderman takes no damage.
This is the Spiderman that needs to be made. With his 19 defense...this is Spiderman.

Fixed that for ya. But really, he should get more 3 Damages.

I was thinking just the opposite of OotS. He should have an ability that can pull figures adjacent to him. But having the OotS part in addition would work as well.

18 Defense is enough for him specially with the spidersense Special Ability. I think 3 clicks of 3 damage with Perplex on the first 2 (Which could give him a 19 Defense or 3 damage). He still has 3 Clicks of CCE on a 2 damage.
You really don't see him doing the pull characters to him all that often. Most of the time you see him jump from badguy to badguy. He just doesn't get stealth thats all. Maybe even a Beast power allowing him to charge and continue his movement.
I would say switch the cce clix with the outwit clix (values and powers)
drop the 4 - 6 special to just defend and supersenses and you have one o fthe best spidermans ever here!
also the name spidermans arsenal I think could be changed to another name, something like spider abilities or some such name, i dont know why it bothers me but it does

I changed a few things. I still got the Spider Sense in there but if more people think it should be changed I will change it.
the reason i say later with outwit and sooner with cce is this,
in the comics he ususally starts off taking it to the bad guys while wisecracking to throw them off(perplex), if the combat proves serious he stops pulling punches and kicks butt cce, if that fails he finds a way to pull victory from defeat (outwit) at least thats how i see it.
