10 attack seems high for this guy. I would go with 8 or 9 on the first click, then down from there.

The Reason behind that was an expert with his weapons. I did have his attack drop really fast. Since I think Cap should have a 11 attack its not bad.

Waay too short a dial, 6 clicks isn't tough enough. Gladiator's greatest strength against Daredevil is that he's just a huge dumb brute, like Lenny in Of Mice and Men if he were convinced he's a medieval gladiator. He needs 7 clicks at minimum, that's a good balance between super powered tough guys and the top end of tough humans.

Your the original one that turned good guy by the end, right? I don't know if they have replaced him yet or not but the original was pretty well fought will a certain code of honor?

As far as i know the only Gladiator Daredevil has fought has been Melvin Potter, who is a huge guy with schizophrenia. He's not a berserker or anything, but he's absolutely gigantic and it takes a hell of a lot to take him down.

Yeah thats the guy. Over the course of time he has changed. I think the last time I remember Daredevil fighting Gladiator was when they were on a jet. His Rookie was forced to be part of the Maggia. The Experience would be a Spiderman Ally. He teamed up with Spiderman and Daredevil on a few occasions as a good guy. From what I have heard he went crazy split personality type. Saying he never killed anyone (but he has) Matt Murdock could tell he was telling the truth.
