Alpha Flight being dead or not really depends on what day of the week it is.
How long is it going to take Marvel to realize that fans really can't buy into the concept of an Alpha Flight team without any of the classics? A Geoff Johns-style revision would do this concept some good.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.
Umm... that was, like, almost every incarnation of Excalibur. Nightcrawler's not British. Shadowcat - not British. Lockheed - not British. Douglock - not British. Wolfsbane - not British. Juggernaut - not British. And I could go on. I understand if you embrace the entire United Kingdom, then some Scottish and Irish and Welsh and etc. are going to be on the team, but there have almost always been more non-Brits than Brits by my count.
sorry to bring this up, but in X-men 3, Juggernaut was british!!!!!!!!!
Okay, its a stretch, but killing them off (especially so casually) is with out doubt my least favorite thing Marvel has done in the last few years, OMD included.
I thought Alpha Flight was designed to be cannon fodder to help protect the real heroes.

Ooooohhhh...if only negative rep still existed.
Well, I AM pretty awesome.
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.
