I have created images for all the wow tokens excpet whelps which have tokens already.
--- Last Update (Jan, 23) ---
I have combined the spoiler.txt and imagefiles in one zip to make it easier for everyone to use the tokens. Hope this helps. You should be able to download the zip file using the following link. Use the readme file in the zip if you are not sure how to install the tokens.

When I point the database to the tokens file it doesn't follow through with the normal routine of "do you want to add these cards" or whatever....it doesn't do anything. Is there a bug with it (as I'd love to have these tokens).

You do not need to add these cards to the data base. Simply placing them in the correct folder will let you use them *only you can see them.
This is because tokens are not like cards you have to add to your deck. They are simply there to use when needed. I belive I included a text file in the zip explaining where to put them.
The only problem I have with the tokens is that when I use them the guy I'm playing can't see them, he doesn't see anything. How is that helpfull?
In order for him to see them he must download the tokens himself. Other than that he can still see the text that overlays the token when it is created.
