Hey everyone I just picked up a Wally West LE and a Maneuver feat card and I have been reading here about how awesome this combo is but upon thinking about it more I have a question.

If wally west can use force blast as a free action does it have to be at the end of the HSS movement? The reason that I ask is because I know characters with HSS and Outwit cannot use outwit in the middle of their HSS movement, so wouldn't it be the same for HSS and Force blast from Wally? You can't HSS for 5 movement, Maneuver, force blast then move the rest of your movement..... or can you?

you can't use force blast until HSS resolves.

The good news is that if it takes your full movement to get adjacent to the character you want to attack, you can use the Force Blast afterwards so that they're not adjacent to you which would otherwise leave you open for a close-combat smack in the face.

That, and it's the best when this happens on a roof:

You hit them, shove them behind you, then punt them off the rooftop.

It's just so funny.
