Hi there, I am hoping to get myself established in the RPSC, but so far I have only been able to play the villain role in one game. Generally as soon as a new game begins, someone else jumps on as the second player before I spot it.

I was wondering if there is any way to know what games might be coming up in the near future that I could potentially play the villains for? Can I reserve a spot, or otherwise get my name in early?

I don't mind the "trail period" of playing antagonists before I can start a team of my own, but it has been two months of trying now and I am finding it very frustrating needing to stay in as often as possible to try to spot new RPSC threads as they open.

Actually, there's one really good way to be reserved for matches.

Post on the main thread (http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?t=240598) saying you're interested in playing and what team you'd like if you have one. When new matches go up, they get posted there and new players are encouraged to get first dibs. Usually the rest of us won't villain for a team if we know a new player needs to.

And send a pm to Wakandaman (Marvel) or Lightshear (DC). They'll be the ones that post the new issues so they'll be the ones that could notify you when new issues are posted.
