Without you naming the standard powers, It's really hard to tell what you were going for. I don't get the range. I don't' get the 12 attack and 4 damage on the last click of the LE. I just don't get a lot of things.

the dial is nice, but i don't see how an animal deserves impervious. Invulnerability, sure, but impervious?

I dunno, he was some pretty crazy monsterous animals. Like a dinosaur and stuff. So I figured I'd add one click in there. I was debating between that and Energy Shield/Deflection.

Devil Dino has an 18 with Invuln. To be frank, I see someone with Impervious should somehow be able to survive heavy-arms bullet fire without any serious scrapes. Dinosaur skin isn't good enough to do that, at least according to most theories.
