Can Mr F use BT with his Inventive Genius? if so is it a +2 to all or a +1 to all?

He's that smart. Heck, the original BT had him on it.

+2 to all, assuming they all share a keyword or TA with him... otherwise it's only +2 to the ones that share a keyword or TA with him, and +1 to the ones who do not.

Ah... good call... I went back and included the TA part when I remembered Brilliant Tactician worked with TA when there weren't keywords... and I must have just got so caught up in it that I just put TA in front of both.
