I would bet that Ultron has died a few times, but his point value is probably not what you want. How about Jocasta?

Yeah, only about once an issue in the Silver Age.

Seriously. Most (if not all) of them got destroyed in almost every danged issue in the early 1960's. Doc would always rebuild them just in time for the next issue.

(Man, I had such a huge crush on Platinum when I was eight years old. Going back and rereading those books, I still think Doc Magnus was about half an idiot for contantly rejecting her)

(And that reminds me of a great point about the original Metal Men run. At a time when many comics had "cookie cutter" characters, all of the characters in Metal Men had distinct separate personalities. That makes the books a joy to read nearly a half-century later; they're still really fresh and a whole lot of fun)
