"Looks like they might be weak against psychic attack..." Heather focused her will, sending a mental spike straight at Meggan. No physical adaptation could prevent the psychic strike from finding it's mark, and Meggan writhed as pain coursed through her body. Matt tried to capitalize, leaping in and delivering an expert combo, but Meggan's adapted form was maximized for physical defense, and Matt couldn't land a hit.

"Let's finish this fast! We gotta have Hellstrom and Moon Knight looked at, and soon."

Daredevil manuvered around the near hysterical Meggan and deftly knocked her out with a well-placed baton strike. "Alright, while I'd love to stay and see what these monsters were up to, I'd rather not be around when they come to. Let's gather up our wounded and get out of here. Hulk, you're on stretcher duty. Maybe the Avengers will be back before they come to, and Cap can deal with them."

Even though the fight was over, there was a smile on Hulk's face. Every time he came to Avengers mansion, he always got to smash things. In the back of his mind, Hulk made a note to drop by more often...
