If my initial attack role is a critical hit, and then I roll for B/C/F, does the target take the B/C/F roll PLUS an extra point of damage for the critical hit?
Now, lets really complicate this: suppose I'm playing the Streak of Luck feat from M&M and have three luck tokens on the card. I roll my critical hit for the initial attack roll and then roll a 6 for B/C/F : how many hits does my target take?
(I'm playing 4 B/C/F heavy combatants this weekend and look forward to rolling many, many critical hits. )

His damage value is equal to the die roll. When this becomes damage dealt, you increase it by 1.

"If there are luck tokens on this card when the
character makes a critical hit, modify the character’s damage
value by +X, where X equals the number of luck tokens on
this card; after the attack is resolved, remove all luck tokens
from this card."
You roll the die and get your damage value. You modify the damage value by the number of tokens on the card. Finally you increase the damage dealt by +1.

In your example, you would be dealing 10 damage.
Well, if this ever actually works out, I promise everyone on and off of these boards will hear my "Woot-Woot-Woot!" all across the wootiverse!
How about the rule of 3? I understand that BCF replaces damage so it can go all the way to 6 without changing rule of 3 but does streak of luck and the plus 1 for crit hit for a +4 activate rule of 3 meaning you'll only get a max damage of 9 not counting anything that may happen during knockback? Granted 9 damage isn't anything to sneeze at but this should be addressed before this dream scenario happens.
6 is the character's replacement value due to B/C/F, +3 due to Streak of Luck (which is the maximum modification following the Rule of Three), and +1 for Critical Hit. Critical Hits are a little different - they don't modify the damage value further, the damage dealt is just increased by 1.
I didn't go to Harvard or Yale but I can kick a man in the crotch as well as any other.

A critical hit gives +1 damage dealt, it doesn't modify your damage value.
So you roll a critical hit, then roll a 6 on B/C/F. You replace your damage value to a 6 from B/C/F, then modify by +3 because of streak of luck (Replace, then modify as always )
You now have a damage value of 9, which deals 10 damage due to the +1 damage dealt from the critical hit.
