Just an FYI I made a deal with this person a few months back. It was LE Henchman, Grodd, Harvey Dent, Edward Nigma, 2 Nightfall ED, and a couple of the LE AA Feats. I was to get SR Sinestro and $40 USD. He said he would send first. It took a couple of months, he claimed he sent the package out, but I never got it, he said "ok I have a factory set that I can take the Sinestro out of and resend" he sent it out, I received the package. It contained a SR Sinestro broken off of the base and no $40. I sent him a PM and he said he was waiting for the $40 to clear his paypal account. It's been 2 weeks or so since he said that, and still no money. I still have his end of the deal so I haven't been scammed, but everyone be aware things will more than likely not go well with this trader.

I also made a deal with this guy a little while back. I bought chase KC Superman, Sinestro Corps Batman, and Skrull Susan Storm. I paypaled the money up front. I PMed him when I didnt hear back for a week, but he didn't respond. But then when I followed up with an email threatening a mail fraud report, neg feedback, etc., he wrote me back within minutes and I got my stuff a few days later.

I wouldn't necessarily say the guy's a scammer because I (and others) got my stuff, but it definitely was not the smoothest deal I've had. I hope everyone who's still due figures or money from this guy gets what they're owed.

Thanks for the information. I guess that's my next plan of 'attack' on this guy.

I don’t know what to say. I assure you I am not trying to scam you out of the $38 and if I actually had it available I would refund it to you immediately. I have opened up you parcel and added some figures to it, by way of an apology and will be posting it in the morning, as I have to wait for some money to clear in my bank account.

I can only offer the fact that I have not had the money to post the figures to you as a reason, and I am not even gonna claim it’s an excuse.

For some reason with the site or my internet, I have been unable to get onto HC Realms to advise you, and when I finally got on last night I saw your PMs and comments on the thread, and you had every right to post them. I have tried to log on but it just wouldn’t connect me through to pages, and I kept getting logged out, but that’s not your fault.

I can’t expect you to believe me when I say that it will be posted tomorrow, as I know I let you down, but I assure you that I will make this right. You were good enough to defend me when someone else claimed I had “scammed” them, and I have let you down, and for that I am truly sorry. I hope the extra figures will go some way to making up for this, and that my actions will not cause you to mis-trust other people.

I will mail you tomorrow with the tracking details, and can let you know what else I have sent if you wish, or you can leave that as what I hope is a nice surprise, to make up for my shoddy treatment of you.

I will not attempt to have any comments removed from my iTrader from the Mods, but when (and that’s not if but WHEN) the figures turn up if you choose to do anything that’s your call. It’s down to me that you left the negative, and all I can try and do is come through with my end, and reassure you again that you haven’t been scammed.

I don’t know what else I can say, apart from sorry, but this will be resolved in a way that you will hopefully be happy with.

I am really happy this issue got resolved and that everyone is happy. It just goes to show that missing packages do not always equal scammers.
