Did anybody else read this week's Amazing Spider-man #592? I don't know about anyone else, but I laughed quite a bit this issue. Maybe it's because I love the back and forth of Peter and JJJ.
I will admit, as much as I rag on Marvel about Spidey lately, I really enjoyed this issue. There's alot of very fun potential ideas that could come out of this storyline. And I almost choked I was laughing so hard at the last page.
Like I said in the releases thread, Waid is a good fit for Spidey and the idea of making JJJ crazy is certainly entertaining so far. The punchline with May was pretty funny, too. Good stuff.
I also think that Waid and Slott share a similar tone with their extra comedy touches that when their stories are back-to-back it's a good thing.

I think it's really scary how much she gets around. Ben, Doc Ock, Jarvis, JJJ's father, so many images I want to forget.
Don't forget Galactus.
You're good. But I'm magic!

The problem is that a lot of new players come from the "race generation" they want to define their worth by the "skill" they posses in playing a game of toy soldiers.
Haha. Uncle Ben must be rolling in his grave. It's sad when Aunt May's getting more action than Peter...
That can't be. BND was specifically made in order to make Peter seem more younger, they made him single so that he can have dating trouble. There must be loads of girls he's dated by now.... let's check the issues and count the companions:
Peter Parker.... 0 vs Aunt May.... 1
crud.
