Has anyone else read this yet? I love the ending:

I don't get the whole "Avengers Assemble" thing either. I mean, why can't they just say "Avengers Attack!" or "Avengers! It's Clobberin' Time!" or something like that. "Avengers Assemble" reminds me of school gatherings, or something the Constructicons, Voltron pilots, or a kid who loves Lego would yell out. Maybe I don't get it because, like Norman, I am criminally insane, like throwing pumpkin bombs, and like having babies with blondes who could be my grandaughter.

It's like Prof. X's old "To me, my X-Men!" thing. It's like a rally cry, is all. And it's a tradition that Osborn doesn't get or just doesn't care about, which is hilarious to me. Which yes, must be because he, like you, are criminally insane, lol

Dark Avengers is probably the best Marvel Book coming out right now. I would say its the only Marvel book that rivals Secret Six in quality and just simple FUN FACTOR.

Two things struck me as funny about that whole thing:

1. Karla's painting above her bed. Perfect!

2. Noh-varr's "knee". Unintentional, I'm sure, but damn, I did a double-take when I saw that page. Then I realized I wasn't reading a MAX title (or whatever they're calling the "adult" Marvel titles these days.)
