Um dude, Mordru's in a building and behind blocking terrain. He can't see Kang who's outside.

Brown lines denote walls/blocking terrain. I thought you phased there on purpose. If I had known you didn't know I would have told you

Uhm, no. I thought those were both building tops (elevated terrain). I'd put Mordru there to give me a view over the battlefield (for the life of me I can't make out things very well on this map).

And remember this :

Red lines = elevated terrain
Brown = walls or blocking
Green = Hindering terrain
Blue = water

everything else is clear.
