Despite this may fail at all costs and no one will really care. I noticed although DC and Marvel get threads every week for their releases from Mr_JTR which are great. Indy board does not have one, and the indie board moves much slower. As I know most people here are more big 2 fans for the majority, I know there are plenty of indy readers so I figured why not give it A shot? and even though they are long lists and you can just look online at em' I thought maybe it'll give it the kick the indy board desperately needs.

I cant wait for Cursed Pirate Girl, Jeremy (the creator, artist and author of it) will be at my local comic con in 2 weeks and I plan on getting the first issue signed - the art in Dracula is stunning and everyone that Ive talked to that have read it also say its been great. I'm not usually A vampire type guy but I think its from all the stupid cliche romantic bullcrap they put out. I love old fashion horror and this is just that, perfect.
Ill be picking up
Cursed Pirate Girl #2
Complete Dracula #3
Archie & Friends #153
Vampirella Second Coming #1
and
maybe the WWphilly Anna Mercury2 #1 (already have 2 different covers for this issue though so it depends on how cool it actually looks)
btw how is BPRD 1947? thought of picking that up A while ago but decided to pass

I saw him at Emerald City last time they had one (late Spring, I think) but it was before the first issue even came out, so I had nothing for him to sign. I complimented him on what I had seen on the internet, looked through his sketch book, and told him I couldn't wait for the first issue. He seemed like a pretty cool guy.
...now, if we can just get Professor Pyg confirmed.

Thats great, Yeah I cant wait to meet him - the comicon over here is only on its second year but its only 2 blocks from my house (next to wrigleyfield) and itll have Tim Seeley, Gene Ha, Skottie Young, Don Kramer, Jenny Frison (DREAMER!), Mike Norton, Jeffrey Brown (CLUMSY!), Richard Starkings, Jeremy Bastian, Andrew Pepoy, Erik Rose (The Roberts!), Jeff Lemire, Tony Akins and tons more. I cant wait - will get another sketch by Tim Seeley and one by Skottie Young in the wonderful wizard of oz book and signings by all them. I dont go to any of the big comicons yet so this is A pretty cool thing for me.
